Help me there, can I apply for scrum master or shadow one with zero experience?

Hi all,

I want to  become a scrum master but I have no experience and new in this IT industry . I am preparing for PSM, but I am confused and not sure about it. Should I shadow first , if yes how I can apply for it? I just need a start. I am very good learner. Please help me out.
