Dear Scrum.org Forum participant,

My name is Ravi Kalluri. I am pursuing research on the psychological impact of organization factors on Agile Scrum team autonomy in a remote / hybrid workplace.

I am seeking participants to assist with this research for my doctoral dissertation from Old Dominion University. The purpose of the study is to understand how various organization psychology factors could impact the autonomy of Agile teams in today’s remote / hybrid workplace. The study takes the perspective of a Scrum team member.

You will be required to take an anonymous online survey lasting approximately 15min.

Participants must be software engineers who have worked in Scrum teams.

TO PRESERVE YOUR ANONYMITY, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS POST.

Please click on this anonymous link to go directly to the survey.

Thanks a lot for your help with my research.

Best regards,

Ravi Kalluri
