LinkedIn has a job posting for a Scrum master position in Brussels, Belgium.

English-speaking position, perhaps with a multinational company or organization

Please allow me to quote:

"Scrum master wanted," it is saying. "Experience with the refinement of product backlogs, as well as Scrum artifacts like story points and automated testing, is required".

I already feel sorry for a Scrum master who will be employed there.

And I continue to wonder whether the best course of action in these situations is to attempt teaching one's own employers about good Scrum implementation at the risk of getting fired; or to just let things go, cash out for however long it takes, and look for a better job?
