I was recently asked about the difference between an Enterprise Agile Coach and a Systems Coach

Can anyone share insight on a clear distinction between these two roles?

Thanks in advance.

They aren't roles. Neither represents a clear accountability in Scrum. They may represent two of the many stances which a good Scrum Master ought to be able to adopt.

3 words.

Those are words that people have made up and attached to job descriptions at various organizations.  In order to know the "clear distinction between these two roles" I would have to see the job descriptions that are being used.  Otherwise, those have no real meaning to me.
