I had this question in the open assessment. I am not sure what this answer is....

At a minimum, what is necessary to start a Sprint using Scrum ?

a) Team space and team rules.

b) Release plan and budget.

c) Executive sponsor and technical lead.

d) All are important but none is essential.

e) Vision and Product Backlog.

For assessment purposes it is best to assume that there are no essential pre-conditions for Sprint entry.
