Hi,

I'm planning a follow up workshop between product owners and stakeholders. One of the key issues we have identified in the original workshop was missing trust between the two roles.

Therefore, I'm thinking about putting in a small check-in game at the beginning of the workshop as a first step to build trust and to enhance the results of this workshop. It will be a workshop with around 20 people and the exercise should take about 5-10 minutes.

How would you design such a game? What Ideas come into your mind when reading these lines? Thank you very much for any suggestion! :)
