I would like to treat the scrum master role as a product.

My aim: is the scrum master role is my product goal

Every Sprint i will be working towards the success of the role, I am creating a product backlog of all the things i need to do to reach my goal and inspect and adapt.

I will be using the scrum.org forum as my feedback group and use the forums to blog regularly about my search and what went well and what didn't. The purpose of this is to show other Scrum Masters my mindset.

What i have done?

I have completed my PSM 1 and exam due for PSM 2 on 14 Dec 2023, i have completed some self learning on Jira and confluence so far on the tools and system to gain my familiarity. I have a clear understanding of the scrum framework which i have applied in my personal life and in my current job as a complaints handler for the financial services UK.

I have joined Slack, Meetup forums and LinkedIn. The forums i have been attending on a regular bases.

Watch the space...

Thanks

Muhammad Dhorat
