What is your view on using Chat GPT as a resource and teaching others how to use it for boosting the efficiency during the scrum events. I see AI is becoming part of many training opportunities at other providers and wonder how to ensure what we support is ethical and in line with the scrum values.

Chat GPT can be a useful resource and a teaching tool for boosting the efficiency during the scrum events, such as:

  • Sprint Planning: Chat GPT to help you brainstorm ideas, prioritize product backlog items, estimate effort, and create a sprint goal and a sprint backlog
  • The Sprint:  Chat GPT to help you refine the product backlog, write user stories, code, test, and debug.
  • Daily Scrum: Chat GPT to help you report your progress, identify impediments, and plan your next steps.
  • Sprint Review: Chat GPT to help you demonstrate your increment, collect feedback, and update the product backlog.
  • Sprint Retrospective: Chat GPT to help you reflect on your performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and suggest improvements.
