I am wondering if anyone has any great templates for team working agreements?

I've used the Team Canvas. It is also something we share in the Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills course.

I am wondering if anyone has any great templates for team working agreements? 

None of the templates I have experienced are great. You might just end up with something for a team to look at and to potentially ignore. What has proven better is automation. Automate as much of any agreed practices as possible, and revisit and challenge them every Sprint Retrospective.
