Dear Community,

I am student and currently working on a project related to Scrum methodologies as part of my academic coursework. I am reaching out to you for assistance in identifying a practical case study.

The goal of my project is to analyze the practical application of Scrum in a real-world scenario, utilizing open and publicly available data. I believe that a well-documented case study would provide valuable insights into the implementation of Scrum methodologies.

If you are aware of any organizations or projects that have publicly shared their experiences with implementing Scrum, particularly those with accessible and detailed information, I would greatly appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction or share relevant resources.

My intention is to use this case study as a basis for my coursework, ensuring that I can thoroughly analyze the practical application of Scrum in a tangible setting.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. I look forward to any guidance or recommendations you may provide.

Best regards,

Sven
