Is Sprint backlog reviewed by Client?

This is given the fact that SB is a highly visible document.

The sprint backlog is a solely owned and managed by the development team...while it's highly visible, it is meant ONLY for those that forecast and do the work in it (i.e dev team)

You may want to ask yourself these questions:

Why would a client want to review a sprint backlog? does this align with the rules according to the scrum guide?

Also, be careful to limit the sprint backlog to a document.

I would expect the customer to be more interested in WHAT will be implemented and not necessarily HOW it will be implemented.  Per that, I would expect them to be focused on reviewing the product backlog and not the sprint backlog.

I agree with couple of answers above. if at all they need to see sprint backlog. It is already visible via scrum boards, and stakeholders will have access to our scrum boards, they can come take a look, if they want to know what is going on. but reviewing the sprint backlog by Client, I dont think that is required

Shouldn't the Product Owner be representing client interests when planning a Sprint Backlog?
