Is innovation unnecessary or undesirable in your company?

From what I know about Oracle Fusion, it is a customizable suite of products.  But the customizations are mostly "prebuilt" and it is an effort of changing settings to make them.  Custom integrations and workflows require specialized knowledge to make.

That being said, Scrum can work for that if you need complex changes that require innovation.  That might be the case if you are planning any custom integrations and workflows.  But if you are using the application as it is provided, Scrum could be more than you need.

You didn't specifically ask about Scrum though.  You asked about "the Agile methodology".  Not entirely sure what you are interested in since there are as many of those as there are consulting companies.  Can you be more specific what you are interested in using?
