Hi All,

I have a question if a member of the team asks to postpone/move the standup by 0.5 to 1 hour should we move it to accommodate that person or is it better to keep the daily at the same time and ask for that persons update?

Thanks for your help in advance

Why not encourage that team member to bring it up with the other Developers and let them decide? The Daily Scrum is their meeting.

If the Developers can self-organize differently in better support of their own membership, why not?

Bear in mind that a Daily Scrum is not necessarily the only Scrum that is held during a working day.
