Team composition from sprint to sprint in Nexus

In a Nexus, can team composition change from sprint to sprint? Meaning, can team members jump from one team to another?

In a Nexus, Scrum teams should self-organize in order to best handle the work on the Product Backlog. They should also understand the effect any change in team composition is likely to have on their ability to forecast and perform that work.
