Ich führe aktuell eine empirische Studie durch, in der ich den Einsatz agiler Metriken und deren Wirkung auf Lernen, psychologische Sicherheit und Zusammenarbeit untersuche.

🎓 Die Umfrage ist Teil meiner Masterarbeit an der Berner Fachhochschule (BFH) – und richtet sich an Personen mit mindestens zwei Jahren Erfahrung in agilen Rollen (Scrum Master, PO, RTE, Agile Coach etc.)

🕐 Dauer: ca. 12–15 Minuten
