Having this training with Francesco Macri was just great and on point! The training was clear, practical, and very interactive, which made it easier to understand how the Scrum Framework can be applicable. Francesco is also a great trainer, active listener and motivator. Plus, Francesco was always very aware of the energy levels of the participants and act according to it so we could take the best of the experience. Kudos!! Really liked it :)

Exceptional PSFS Training with Francesco Merci
I recently attended the PSFS training with Francesco Merci, and I can confidently say it was one of the most engaging and insightful sessions I’ve experienced. Very interesting training
Very interesting training, the material was complete and delivered in a clear manner. The trainer was happy to answer any questions we had and very professional. I recommend the training to anyone working with Scrum, regardless of whether they want to become Scrum Masters or not.

Eye opening facilitation Training

Absolutely amazing training!
The training was absolutely amazing! Francesco was facilitating our training while explaining what he is doing and tools he was using.
I loved his presence, humour, ability to stay on the objective and skilfully manage time, and yet being open and available for topics outside the training. He is a mentor I truly respect and always want to learn more from!

He was very open to receiving feedback and was open to providing additional doubt clarification sessions for the PSM exam.
