Geoff was a great Facilitator, took time to provide great insights, kept an eye on those wishing to input, encouraged those quieter attendees to air their views on items. Overall he ran the course exceptionally well.

Detailed explanation of the Scrum Master framework with many examples from real life. What I would recommend is to have a three days PSM training instead of 2 days. Two full days was quite challenging in learning all the concepts and be active all the time. Thanks a lot.

This class was a "refresher", my prior formal Scrum training having been about 20 years ago. A lot has changed, obviously. This wasn't a "sit and listen" type of course - the instructor aggressively engaged the class, prompted and mediated useful discussions, and generally compelled participation. I was well-prepared for the certification exam, which I passed about a week later, with a generous margin, about a week later.

I recently attended the Professional Scrum Master 2 course, and I'm pleased to share that Geoff and Paul, the trainers, delivered the content in a highly professional manner. They skillfully kept everyone engaged through a variety of exercises. This enhanced the learning experience and made the course more interactive, which I found valuable.

The training was amazing and the trainer as well. It was properly explained and the engagement with the students was top! I liked that: 1. We had breaks every hour 2. Many exercises with other members 3. Safe space to ask question and have discussions 4. The material was structured and clear 5. Role-playing activities Definitely not boring! Worth it!

I really enjoy the course, all the contents and tools, namely the mural tool used for the dynamic exercises and challenges, which helped a lot to consolidate the concepts and all the information displayed.
