The Professional Scrum Trainer Application gives you an opportunity to tell us about your experience and motivations for becoming a PST. People with applications that showcase the qualities we look for in a PST will be invited to participate in a PST Candidate Interview. Expect to receive feedback approximately two weeks after your application is submitted.

The PST Candidate Journey typically takes 1-2 years for well qualified applicants. We put specific focus and priority on candidates who contribute to the diversity of our community. If you do not bring characteristics that support this diversity, please be aware you may wait longer to enter the PST community.
