Professional Scrum Master
Tallinn, August 21-22, 2019
Class Overview
Scrum is a lightweight framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value. It is initially intended for software products but is generally well-suited for situations where you face uncertainty and have to find a solution based on previous experience, experiments, and validated learning.
Scrum is a metaphor that emphasizes teamwork — the "playing field" with its rules and values, on which self-organized teams can outgrow themselves.
