Hi All,

I was reading the book "Agile Project Management with Scrum" by Ken Schwaber and I faced one the example was given in the book which is: "The Situation at Tree Business Publishing" . I couldn't get that how he rearrange the team. Could anyone help me to explain the solution was proposed and the way the scrum teams were arranged and coordinating together to integrate the increments? Maybe a diagram could be helpful to visualize the teams structure?

Thank you for your help.

Agile practice at scale is shaped by bottom-up intelligence and organizational de-scaling. Structure is typically removed in favour of collaborative and cross-functional teams. So rather than look for a structure, it might be best to focus on the approach Ken describes:

"I decided that the best option was for the individuals on each effort to coordinate these dependencies. The dependencies were too complex to parse before work began, so the teams would have to self-organize to resolve the dependencies".
