CAN  SPRINTS  BE  INCREASED    WHEN INITIAL  SPRINT PLANNING DONE

What impact might that have on what and how the team performs planning?

What is the difference, if any, between "Initial Sprint Planning" and the regular Sprint Planning event?

When you say "Sprints Increased", are you referring to the length of the sprint, or the number of sprints forecast by a Product Owner to reach a desired milestone (i.e. - deliverable increment, MVP)?

Do you mean " Sprint increase" =  "Sprint length" ?? Increase the duration of the sprint from 2 wks to 3wks ??

Read the Scrum Guide, it's pretty clear about this topic.

You don't want to have a constantly changing sprint length based off sprint planning. However, if the sprints are set for 3 weeks and after inspecting the team finds that 3 weeks isn't working well, definitely adapt to a a better sprint length. Just don't change it every other sprint, talk about chaos....
