Hello!

Recently, I have joined a company like Scrum Master.

There are projects that only have one person dedicated to them and there are people who have several projects associated with them.

How can I implement scrum methodology here?

Thank you very much for the information.

Regards.

Have you found out who wants Scrum to be implemented in the company, and why?

Has any thought been given to developing a product focus rather than a project one?

I did not understand the phrase "joined a company like Scrum Master". You meant you joined there as a scrum master? If this is the case, I agree with Ian, ask them why they need to use scrum.

Look for their burning platform, indeed the WHY behind Scrum in the organization. Focus on product/value? Better response to changing market needs? Maybe just following the hype? From that point, assess the pain of the organization and start working from there.
