Ask Anything about Evidence-Based Management (EBM) and Agile Measurement

November 22, 2019

An Ask a Professional Scrum Trainer Webinar

Evidence-Based Management (EBM) is a framework organizations can use to help them measure, manage, and increase the value they derive from their product delivery. EBM focuses on improving outcomes, reducing risks, and optimizing investments. It is developed and sustained by Ken Schwaber and Scrum.org.

This webinar, a follow up to June's Scrum Pulse Webinar - An Introduction to Evidence-Based Management and a part of our Ask a Professional Scrum Trainer series, gave the audience the opportunity to ask any EBM or agile measurement questions to Professional Scrum Trainers Ty Crockett , Todd Miller, and Mark Noneman, and was moderated by Patricia Kong.
