In this Scrum Pulse webinar taking place around International Women's Day 2020, we featured a female panel of entrepreneurs in the Agile coaching and consulting space.This conversation is facilitated by Patricia Kong at Scrum.org and consists of Professional Scrum Trainers Magdalena Firlit from Poland, Jill Graves from Canada and Shirley Santiago from the Philippines. These three successful entrepreneurs all created their own businesses focused on coaching, consulting and training for Scrum and agile practices as a whole. 

This unique opportunity covers how these successful women got their start, why they chose to start their own businesses along with the challenges, hurdles and successes they have had along their journey. They share advice for others considering or starting their own businesses.
