Delivery of our PSM course espoused the Scrum values beautifully, the content closely mapped to the Scrum Guide and enriched with 'real life' scenarios from instructor and attendees alike. Jacob is an excellent trainer, his expertise and handling of the subject matter is evident and is elevated by his communication skills. He made everyone at ease, kept the content relevant and gave everyone room to ask questions and develop a deeper understanding of the different areas of the course. Jacob and Assurity looked after us well and moved our room to a quieter one after the noise from some road works became a nuisance.
