One of better classes ever taken
Great balance between slideware and exercises, with an emphasis on exercises (doing vs learning). Some good "Teach from the back of the room" (TBR) concepts utilized. Excellent facilitation and delivery by the instructor. Good quality in both slides and workbooks.

Effective and Challenging!
We have an established relationship with Jeff as an Agile coach, so having him as the class facilitator was especially valuable. I learned significant new information as well as clarifying nuances of things I already practice.

Jeff is fantastic. I strongly recommend him for PSM Training. He is very knowledgeable. He went through the class very patiently and helped us understand some differences between PO and SM and how a SM would react to the situation vs a PO

The teacher and material was great
The teacher and material was great. I think there may have been too many group excersizes. The class felt like it could have been done in 1/2 the time if they were taken out. I don't think taking them all out would be a good idea, but I am not sure it needs all of them. Perhaps some of them could just be whole class discussions.

A fresh look
I've already had an information exposure to software development-based scrum in the past, however, Jeff, provided a fresh view of applying scrum to project management. Despite technical challenges and geographic separation, the practical apps and tools facilitated the means to accomplish our objectives while learning.

I enjoyed all aspects of the class
I enjoyed all aspects of the class. Specifically, the flow of learning objectives enabled me to build knowledge and understanding of how to apply the theory of Agile and Scrum. The two days involved engaging simulations of how scrum teams operate in organizations and included realistic case studies. Jeff answered all of our questions, provided supplemental reading materials, and shared other coursework that would be helpful in advancing our knowledge and practice of Scrum. Overall, I rate my experience with the two-day course, resources on scrum.org, and our Trainer Jeff Lee 5 Stars.

Excellent Agile Overview
Jeff led a three day training for an audience of varying size by day spanning multiple technical disciplines, and did an excellent job fitting the curriculum to our needs. He balanced keeping our teams on track and getting through the planned overview with allowing time for discussion on our specific organization very well, and created an extremely engaging and interactive atmosphere for the course.

Great Scrum Master Course with Hands-On Exercises
This was a great course to cover the foundations of Scrum and Agile development practices, focusing on the role of Scrum Master on a Scrum team. I had done some reading and self-teaching before attending this course, but the hands-on exercises where we enacted situations and practiced applying the material was tremendously helpful. Jeff Lee, the instructor, was very clear and patient, plus he used his years of experience with Scrum as anecdotes to explain lessons. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants to be a Scrum Master or interested in how to apply Scrum to their projects!
