Just is a passionate Scrum trainer. With a big interest in scaling issues. Just has been giving interactive, engaging, and fun trainings since 2013. He joined the Scrum.org Professional Trainer community in 2019. Within the Netherlands he’s a valid member of the Nlscrum meet-up. Just is an observer and communicative strong. He loves to stimulate teams by asking questions others just don’t ask. Through visualizations he connects people and ideas.
