In a world that is constantly undergoing change, being disrupted by new technologies, challenged by globalization and squeezed by increased competition… products and services are increasingly obsolete before they are even built. In short, the products we are building today need to be delivered faster and then be adapted more readily than ever before. As a result, Agile Delivery Teams are now one of the organisation's best strategic assets.
As an Agile Enterprise Delivery Coach I believe that a company's future is not dependent upon the longevity of their products, but their ability to quickly adapt their products and services to meet customer demand or take advantage of a business opportunity. Like the finest athletes, natural talent can only take our teams so far. True high performance teams need leaders who challenge them, frameworks to support them, training that equips them, metrics to measure them and coaches like us to guide them.
