Since becoming a Professional Scrum Trainer in 2012, Mark has consistently earned high class evaluation scores along with numerous recommendations from his students. In addition, over 85% of his students earn their respective certifications within one assessment attempt following his training. Mark has a passion for helping people discover how Scrum can help improve software development and achieve better outcomes.

Mark began practicing Scrum back in 2002, applying, adapting, teaching and coaching Scrum in a wide variety of software and product development environments.
