As a management consultant and trainer, I help clients effectively apply agile ways of working to increase business value, employee happiness and customer satisfaction. I’ve been passionate about agile product development ever since I was asked to head the development of a technologically advanced track and trace service for surgical instruments in hospitals. Doing this, I discovered that a traditional project management approach does not work in a complex context.



As a Product Owner I learned the benefits scrum offers in controlling complexity and driving continuous improvement. As a consultant and trainer my career focus lies in helping organizations to be successful in productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value by practicing scrum effectively.



I feel it is important to drive continuous engagement in my trainings, foregoing the use of digital tools, but instead using immersive group exercises and handmade customizable diagrams to clearly convey subject matter to the participants. By stimulating meaningful engagement between participants, I am able to deepen participants understanding of the subject matter, and help them effectively apply their learnings and experience in practice.
