I am an experienced management consultant, coach, and trainer specialising in organisational change in complex, technology-driven environments. With a background spanning management roles and consultancy, I support organisations in navigating digital transformation by combining agile ways of working, evidence-based management, and the effective use of data, analytics, and AI.

My work focuses on helping leaders, product managers, and agile practitioners rethink leadership, collaboration, and value creation in an increasingly complex world. Drawing on hands-on experience as a Product Owner, manager and change consultant, I help teams move beyond frameworks and apply Scrum, Kanban, and Evidence-Based Management in ways that measurably improve business outcomes, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.

As a trainer, I am known for highly interactive and immersive sessions that emphasise deep understanding and practical application. Rather than relying heavily on slides or digital tools, I use carefully designed exercises and visual models to stimulate meaningful dialogue, shared learning, and lasting behavioural change. My goal is to help individuals and organisations unlock the full potential of both people and intelligent systems.
