Martijn van Asseldonk
I started my career as a software developer. After my fair share of working in traditionally led development projects I learned about Scrum and Agile. Taken by this new approach I started running through my organization and telling everybody about it. After my first experience as a Scrum Master I further spread Agile and Lean methodologies in my company as an Agile Coach.
With my energy and contagious enthusiasm, combined with (I tell myself) great humor, I get people inspired. I am convinced that working with more fun leads to better results. One of my main characteristics is that I have a big urge to keep learning and developing myself. That's why after graduating on Computer Science I attained a Masters degree in Organizational Science. I can relate as a techie when at the same time see things from a broader perspective.
In my spare time you can find me often in the woods: either on my mountainbike dodging trees or geocaching with my three kids. When I'm home I like to occasionaly play some computer games and try to make a dent in my ever growing reading backlog.
