Professional Agile Leadership Essentials
Nichervan was fantastic and made what I thought was going to be a relatively boring (but needed) course into a fantastic experience.
Our group was small and allowed for constant interaction and questions.
The course also had a lot of exercises for us to apply what we had learnt to practical examples. This was really helpful to better understand and retain the content of the course.
Genuinely cannot wait to apply what I've learnt to my job and workplace.

Scrum PSM I
I've not yet put my Scrum training to test practise, but so far I feel more confident and engaged.
The course is very collaborative and the structure is engaging. I required the regular breaks as the course is intensive - Don't hesitate to ask.

Highly energetic and comprehensive
Interactive, clear, and comprehensive. It was a very enjoyable experience. I can clearly understand what scrum is, and point out what my organization was doing wrong.
It's a bit too long per day though. Might've been 3 days and 5 hours each. Or maybe it's been a long time since I attended courses for a full day.

Good way to get an Advanced SM Knowledge

Nichervan knows what he is talking…
Nichervan knows what he is talking about, but that's not the only thing that makes his courses amazing. It was a rather small class, but that only gave more advantages => class was very interactive.
We had some good laughs during the course, which made the course a lot more pleasant to attend. And not to forget... Ofcourse I learned a lot! I'm feeling much more confident now to take my PSM1 exam.
I really recommend taking one of his courses!

Great class with Nichervan
Great class with Nichervan. Very interactive, so it makes you think and reflect on situations/ challenges your picture rather than giving you ready answers or the theory. Also, full of real life examples. You can tell Nichervan is very experienced in practicing SCRUM and what is not least important very passionate about it and what he does in general. I haven’t noticed time pass by, so engaged my attention was. Definitely recommend!

This was a very useful class to help me become a better Scrum Master. Intense and useful

A great lesson on value focus
I was attending Nich's class with the expectation of strengthening my understanding of Agile Leadership and to find out what I can additionally do to create an ideal environment for agile teams. In the training, Nich shared his rich experiences and engaged and challenged us. This helped me a lot to reflect and take valuable learnings from the session. I am grateful and going to push for more value focus.

Excellent Coach
Nichervan is an excellent coach, with brilliant communication skills and is very engaging. His knowledge and experience in the field meant that the course was more than just theory. Nichervan is an excellent trainer
Nichervan is an excellent trainer. He knows SCRUM well but more importantly he has a lot of experience therefore he provides not only the theory but many practical examples. He responds to each question from real life situations which were very valuable for me. The class was very interactive and engaging which I’d recommend to everyone.

Really useful and engaging class
I am happy that I picked Nichervan as the trainer for this class. His experience with Agile SCRUM is abundantly clear and he made the whole class engaging and fun. I feel that I've learned a lot and found new perspectives on this topic.

Great class with Nichervan
Great class with Nichervan. Very interactive, so it makes you think and reflect on situations/ challenges your picture rather than giving you ready answers or the theory. Also, full of real life examples. You can tell Nichervan is very experienced in practicing SCRUM and what is not least important very passionate about it and what he does in general. I haven’t noticed time pass by, so engaged my attention was. Definitely recommend!

Teacher showed very good command of subject

Highly recommended scrum trainer!
I really enjoyed participating in this class. Nichervan felt experienced and competent, with confidence in the subject and with good skills in teaching it. The materials were structured in an great way, and the inclusion of interactive learning was really helpful for gaining a greater understanding. I got a great foundation to stand on thanks to Nichervans class & passed the exam on first attempt thanks to the tools provided to prepare. Thank you!

Highly recommend, excellent teacher
This was a very useful class to help me become a better Scrum Master. It helped to challenge my preconceptions of Scrum and it also has helped me to reflect on what I can improve in my Scrum Team and why. Nich was an excellent teacher and was happy to explain anything related to Scrum. Would highly recommend this course, but I think it's essential that you have some Scrum experience, if not, some of the concepts might not be easy to understand

Very insightful training and great trainer
Very insightful to look at Scrum from the perspective of the PO. As for the trainer, Nichervan is a guarantee. Knowledgable, available to always answer questions and able to manage attention of the participants high while making the session fun and super interactive. Highly recommended.

Really useful course
Nichervan Fazel is a great instructor. He's very experienced. During the course we got several cases to work with and I got a deep understanding of how to "think" scrum.

Intense and useful
The class is intense and very detailed. I'm pretty sure it will be of great use for certification.
The trainer is very patient and willing to answer the same question multiple times until it is clear.
I feel like I've learned many new things or gotten information that will help me unlearn some bad habbits.

Scrum Master Class
This class was one of the best, that I attend. It was very interactive, with a lot of exercises that give you bigger picture about Scrum and how Scrum can affect people and the project, what Scrum brings into your team and etc. I really recommend it to everyone who want to be a Scrum Master

The facilitator was highly professional, patient, gave excellent examples and insight into his personal work experiences and challenges.
The course content was challenging but thought provoking, it gives a great reference in terms of how the scrum framework should be implemented and utilized within an organisation.

The class focused on the actual application of scrum based on questions / situations / issues provided by the attendees, but it never lost focus. The materials provided via Mural helped significatnly in visualising and/or deep diving into specific topics while never feeling stale, due to the possibility of live interaction.
Overall great experience and support from Nichervan!
