The Scrum Framework is simple, yet many misconceptions exist about applying Professional Scrum. We often notice cheat sheets and Scrum Frameworks that do not match the Professional Scrum Standards. That is why we have decided to change our Scrum Framework poster and align it to Professional Scrum and what we teach in our classes.
This poster highlights a few critical aspects:
- Self-Management in the Daily Scrum by Developers
- Stakeholders are inspecting increments
- The Scrum Team is self-managing their Sprint Retrospective (not the Scrum Master leading it)
- Everything with the Product Goal and the Sprint Goal as a focus
- Focus on Value Creation
- Focus on Quality by adhering to the Definition of Done.
As with all our games and posters, our CC licence allows you to edit and change to match your company or clients' look and feel. Unlike other CC licences, our material can be used commercially. This means you can also use it in your training. You only need to provide the correct credit.
