Facilitation by example
Facilitation by example : Pawel demonstrated the principles of good facilitation throughout the exercices. The theory was well-tied to the Scrum framework, but he made sure the facilitation skills could be applied in other contexts as well. Good preparation for the exam, but I advise a bit of further reading on the facilitation techniques explicitely named in the facilitation open practice exam auestlons. iust to be on the safe side.

An Engaging and Collaborative Learning Experience
The Scrum Master class was dynamic and engaging. I really appreciated the emphasis on teamwork during the exercises, which made the learning experience practical and interactive. The collaborative environment helped me gain a deeper understanding of the concepts, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the class. It was both educational and fun!

Highly recommend class
Highly recommend class. Pawel was experienced and knowledgeable and kept the engagement high with interesting breakouts and discussions and role playing that even included customized costume changes and real life exchanges. Also enjoyed the break time playlists. This is the best online class I’ve taken.

Pawel rend la formation intéressante par des situations et exemples qu'il a vécu. Il est souriant et ponctuel. La durée du cours est raisonnable et nous ne dépassons pas 4h30ish. Les mises en situation où il adopte le rôle de développeur est drôle, et il prend le temps de changer ses vêtements, le fond de son écran. Nous vivons une situation réelle et nous amène a penser Out of the box.

Formation intéressante & comptivante
Ca faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas eu de formation qui était intéressante et captivante. Les scénarios/exercices utilisé durant la formation était pertinente et on pouvait bien souvent faire des liens avec notre situation.
Un gros +1 a Monsieur Mysliwiec qui a su rendre la formation dynamique au point ou on ne voyait presque pas le temps passé.

Great training experience
The course structure was great with so many opportunities to practice in groups and apply the learning to scenarios that come up in the real world. Great experience with Pawel for the PALe
Excellent pace, great storytelling, in person training made this a fabulous experience.
We were a private group working together at the office, which I believe created a context favorable to sharing challenges and ideas from the get-go.
I really appreciated the way Pawel has been with us, both as a trainer and a human, during the whole training. He really managed to keep us engaged and he was really good at listening to our own experience and make links to his own experience/knowledge.

PSM1: Excellent Educational Experience with Pawel!
Pawel our instructor was energetic and engaging as well as very knowledgeable. He provided interactive exercises in a way that the whole class got to engage despite it being online. The Mural tool used was also a great way to lay out the concepts and walk through the content covered as well as provide a point of reference for study material. The follow up communications made it simple to get connected with Scrum.org and complete my certification. One of the best online classes I've taken!

Superbe expérience avec Pawel pour le cours de PSM1. Sa générosité, sa qualité et son expérience en tant que Scrum Master, sans oublier son humour, sont indéniablement des atouts majeurs pour quelqu'un qui désire apprendre les bases permettant de devenir un Scrum Master d'exception. Les outils et les ressources fournis sont bien choisis et très utiles. Le site est plutôt bien fait pour ensuite parcourir le matériel et les notes de cours à nouveau. La première journée était très longue…
La première journée était très longue et on perdait l'intérêt. On aurait pu réduire le contenu et passer plus de temps sur le contenu de la deuxième journée. On voulait développer plus d'aspect de la 2e journée mais on n'avait plus de temps. J'aurais aimé que Pawel explique plus. Il avait plus d'entrain. Somme toute, j'ai bien aimé le cours. Je comprenais le contenu même si je semblait être la seule qui n'avait aucune expérience dans le domaine. J'aurais parfois aimé avoir plus d'explications sur des termes plus techniques mais je comprends que le cours n'est pas concu pour avoir des débutants.

Pawel leads an engaging virtual class and is very knowledgeable
Pawel is a great instructor who engage the class early and often. Because he used breakout sessions for each of the scenarios, it allowed the class to work with each other to problem solve and come up with answers. It was an effective way to induce the content, and it helped keep me engaged throughout the the two days of virtual learning. I would recommend Pawel to anyone looking to learn more about SCRUM at any level.

Good course, excellent trainer
Pawel is an excellent trainer. The course's material is interesting in of itself, but it is really brought to life by how it is presented, and how the students are engaged. Pawel struck, in my opinion, the optimal balance between feeding theory, group discussion, and break-out sessions to work on specific topics. The timing was and rhythm was good, and students were given space to contribute to the class while keeping things on topic. I was apprehensive of following a remote training though I should not have, as I felt that if anything this was even more effective. The only less positive comment that I think reflects more on the company than the trainer was the group size - I feel that 20 students was a bit much, I was expecting less. All in all I highly recommend this course, especially with Pawel.

Excellent Course!
Having very minimal exposure to Scrum and Agile when I took this course, I am very happy to say I was able to pass the assessment on the first attempt!
The use of Mural and Zoom to cover the topics worked very well in the virtual environment.
Pawel is clearly passionate about Scrum and helping his students achieve success and understanding. His use of humor made the 2 days very enjoyable. I look forward to the possibility of future training with scrum.org

About Pawel
My objective as a professional is to help enabling organizations and people composing them to find a more humane way of working together and creating awesome, sustainable results.
Born in communist Poland and having lived in Africa and Western Europe I am always bringing a broad personal and professional experience to my efforts, be it through coaching, teaching or mentoring. I have worked as a programmer, analyst, product manager, project manager and team manager before I discovered Agile and Lean practices around 2010. Since then I have focussed on improving people and organizations alike, mostly using Professional Scrum and complementary practices.

Formation intéressante & comptivante
Ca faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas eu de formation qui était intéressante et captivante. Les scénarios/exercices utilisé durant la formation était pertinente et on pouvait bien souvent faire des liens avec notre situation.
Un gros +1 a Monsieur Mysliwiec qui a su rendre la formation dynamique au point ou on ne voyait presque pas le temps passé.

Great training experience
The course structure was great with so many opportunities to practice in groups and apply the learning to scenarios that come up in the real world. This course really challenged my thinking and I had some “aha” moments that will stay with me for the long term. Pawel, the facilitator was really effective and engaging.

Great experience with Pawel for the PALe
Excellent pace, great storytelling, in person training made this a fabulous experience.
We were a private group working together at the office, which I believe created a context favorable to sharing challenges and ideas from the get-go.
I really appreciated the way Pawel has been with us, both as a trainer and a human, during the whole training. He really managed to keep us engaged and he was really good at listening to our own experience and make links to his own experience/knowledge.

PSM1: Excellent Educational Experience with Pawel!
Pawel our instructor was energetic and engaging as well as very knowledgeable. He provided interactive exercises in a way that the whole class got to engage despite it being online. The Mural tool used was also a great way to lay out the concepts and walk through the content covered as well as provide a point of reference for study material. The follow up communications made it simple to get connected with Scrum.org and complete my certification. One of the best online classes I've taken!

What a great experience!

Pawel est une perle rare
Superbe expérience avec Pawel pour le cours de PSM1. Sa générosité, sa qualité et son expérience en tant que Scrum Master, sans oublier son humour, sont indéniablement des atouts majeurs pour quelqu'un qui désire apprendre les bases permettant de devenir un Scrum Master d'exception. Les outils et les ressources fournis sont bien choisis et très utiles. Le site est plutôt bien fait pour ensuite parcourir le matériel et les notes de cours à nouveau. L'accompagnement pour l'examen est aussi très apprécié.

Luc est un formateur d'expérience. Il est calme et posé dans ses réflexions et ses explications ce qui nous permet de bien suivre la matière.
L'énergie de Pawel est motivante. Elle nous fait apprécier le cours encore plus en nous gardant réveillé et près à apprendre.

La première journée était très longue…
La première journée était très longue et on perdait l'intérêt. On aurait pu réduire le contenu et passer plus de temps sur le contenu de la deuxième journée. On voulait développer plus d'aspect de la 2e journée mais on n'avait plus de temps. J'aurais aimé que Pawel explique plus. Il avait plus d'entrain. Somme toute, j'ai bien aimé le cours. Je comprenais le contenu même si je semblait être la seule qui n'avait aucune expérience dans le domaine. J'aurais parfois aimé avoir plus d'explications sur des termes plus techniques mais je comprends que le cours n'est pas concu pour avoir des débutants.

Great course, great content and great instructor. You learn about scrum being a framework that you can apply to your real life and work projects. The new 2020 guide also clarifies some grey areas of the previous guide.

Pawel leads an engaging virtual class and is very knowledgeable
Pawel is a great instructor who engage the class early and often. Because he used breakout sessions for each of the scenarios, it allowed the class to work with each other to problem solve and come up with answers. It was an effective way to induce the content, and it helped keep me engaged throughout the the two days of virtual learning. I would recommend Pawel to anyone looking to learn more about SCRUM at any level.

Good course, excellent trainer
Pawel is an excellent trainer. The course's material is interesting in of itself, but it is really brought to life by how it is presented, and how the students are engaged. Pawel struck, in my opinion, the optimal balance between feeding theory, group discussion, and break-out sessions to work on specific topics. The timing was and rhythm was good, and students were given space to contribute to the class while keeping things on topic. I was apprehensive of following a remote training though I should not have, as I felt that if anything this was even more effective. The only less positive comment that I think reflects more on the company than the trainer was the group size - I feel that 20 students was a bit much, I was expecting less. All in all I highly recommend this course, especially with Pawel.

Enjoyable and Informative Class
Overall the class was enjoyable, informative and kept participants on their toes. Pawel's interactive style keeps participants engaged. There are even elements of entertainment along the way! We sometimes felt we flew into our groups a little quickly, scratching our heads ... but together we always got through the exercise at hand. Thank you Pawel.

Excellent Course!
Having very minimal exposure to Scrum and Agile when I took this course, I am very happy to say I was able to pass the assessment on the first attempt!
The use of Mural and Zoom to cover the topics worked very well in the virtual environment.
Pawel is clearly passionate about Scrum and helping his students achieve success and understanding. His use of humor made the 2 days very enjoyable. I look forward to the possibility of future training with scrum.org
