I had good experience in learning PSM, I truly show the traits that a Scrum Master needs to possess and how he creates the environment for the Scrum Team to thrive and marches them towards the Product goal. I simply Scrum Master should be a Scrum Master, not a Task master or doing policing jobs or secretarial roles.
