Loved the contents of the course
Loved the contents of the course. It is a great addition to the Scrum Master learning path - extending the framework to the roles of managers and leaders. I definitely feel my understanding of agile and scrum is much better.
Ravi is a great, positive trainer. The class felt dynamic, and packed with knowledge, but never overwhelming or confused. He perfectly adjusted the course materials to the pace of the group, timed all activities and answered all the questions.

Good learning opportunity
Ravi did a great job at making the 2 days engaging and interactive, and I was in a class with my own coworkers only, which made it more pleasant.
The exercises and scenarios would have been better if they had been targeted more towards my industry. At times they felt very distant from my lived experience, which made them difficult to relate to. My team was the first one in the organisation to attend this training and I am told this feedback has already been received and future classes are being adapted, which is a good response.
I am writing this feedback after sitting the exam (and passing on my first attempt!). Whilst I was successful, I wish the training sessions had dedicated more time to conversations about real-life applications of the principles taught. I found some of the questions needed a lot of thinking leaps to reach the correct conclusions.
Overall, I had a positive experience and I am confident I have been given enough instruction to build on and potentially pursue further education in scrum.

Ravi Sandhu was my trainer for the AI Essentials course, and it was a great learning experience. He explained everything clearly, starting from the basics and using real-time examples that made even complex concepts easy to understand. His teaching style is highly engaging and genuinely inspiring.
What I appreciated most was how he introduced practical AI tools that I could immediately apply in my day-to-day work. These tools have significantly reduced manual effort, improved my productivity, and made my work much more efficient. I now feel relaxed and confident using them. His guidance on how to write effective prompts for AI tools was especially valuable and helped me get much better results.
Before this training, I was confused about what to focus on in such a vast AI landscape. After these sessions, I have clear direction on what to learn and how to continue my journey. My confidence has increased, and I am now performing my role with much more clarity and assurance.

I really enjoyed the AI Essentials training and want to appreciate my trainer Ravi Sandhu for an excellent job. His teaching style is engaging, clear, and very practical. Complex AI concepts were explained using simple, relatable examples, which made the sessions easy to follow and genuinely interesting.

Amazing Learning!
Had a 2 full day sessions back to back taught by Ravi Sandhu on a weekend and the time flied! It was a great interactive session with a lot of real life examples which helped in increasing insights and how to tackle in our jobs or navigate complex situations. He stayed back longer to explain or teach if we had any doubts or required clarity on some basic concepts. Never let us felt that anything is a silly question, which gave us platform to make mistakes and learn more. Thank you so much!

I recently completed the PSM I training with Ravi Sandhu, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the training was engaging, insightful, and incredibly well-structured.

A mindful learning experience from a thoughtful facilitator
Well structured sessions with a lot of live examples that can be related to the theory. Ravi is an exceptional facilitator who brings the best out of the participants in the class and helps us understand the way we want to.
Amazing visual experience of topics through Mural. Beginners could very well use the tool by the end of the class and get a glimpse of Mural as well.

Good learning opportunity
Ravi did a great job at making the 2 days engaging and interactive, and I was in a class with my own coworkers only, which made it more pleasant.
The exercises and scenarios would have been better if they had been targeted more towards my industry. At times they felt very distant from my lived experience, which made them difficult to relate to. My team was the first one in the organisation to attend this training and I am told this feedback has already been received and future classes are being adapted, which is a good response.
I am writing this feedback after sitting the exam (and passing on my first attempt!). Whilst I was successful, I wish the training sessions had dedicated more time to conversations about real-life applications of the principles taught. I found some of the questions needed a lot of thinking leaps to reach the correct conclusions.
Overall, I had a positive experience and I am confident I have been given enough instruction to build on and potentially pursue further education in scrum.

Had a 2 full day sessions back to back taught by Ravi Sandhu on a weekend and the time flied! As someone not currently working on a scrum team, there was a lot of new terminology and concepts to take on board - but I believe this was achieved in the time provided
