Improvements
- Please consider that people from backgrounds other than IT can attend this training. Design the training in such a way that those people can also relate well.
- A walk-through of the scrum guide by the trainer should be done. Trainees would like to hear and understand the trainer's interpretation line by line.

The trainer was experienced and could handle any situation/ scenario based questions. She could also compare and contrast similar concepts/ roles etc. Her ability to use multiple learning aids froms cenario brainstorming to videos to packs meant we were engaged throughout the training

Totally enjoyed the program!
The design or the instructional strategy of the program is very good and never made me feel bored or disconnected. It was engaging and interactive. I have no background of Scrum, I am not a software engineer, and thus was worried whether I would understand the concepts. The content delivery by Simran was very good and I understood the concepts well. There were several opportunities provided by Simran to answer all my questions and gain knowledge. The program was very enlightening for me.
As an improvement area, I would recommend that the program should include role plays as Scrum requires behavioral change so participants need to reflect on their own style to understand Scrum culture.

About Reshma (Simran)
I am a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) and Coach.
I have worked in the Software Development field for 13 years in USA & India.
With my education as an IT engineer and an MBA in Finance, I served in the Banking and Financial Services domain with companies such as: Citigroup, BNY Mellon, Credit Suisse, Brown Brother Harriman & Co., American Express.
I have served in the role of a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner and Business Analyst. While playing various roles, I’ve faced a fare share of real world challenges that limit an organization’s ability to benefit from Scrum. I bring rich examples of facing and addressing challenges.
My tryst with Scrum and delivering training gained momentum when I had the opportunity to learn from the creators of Scrum Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland in Boston in 2010.

Scrum Product Owner - a different training experience
The trainer was experienced and could handle any situation/ scenario based questions. She could also compare and contrast similar concepts/ roles etc. Her ability to use multiple learning aids froms cenario brainstorming to videos to packs meant we were engaged throughout the training

PSPO training is a great course for everybody who works in a scrum team or will be working in coming days. The course covers the entire aspects of the scrum framework and gives a good idea on the roles and accountabilities of the scrum members.

Totally enjoyed the program!
The design or the instructional strategy of the program is very good and never made me feel bored or disconnected. It was engaging and interactive. I have no background of Scrum, I am not a software engineer, and thus was worried whether I would understand the concepts. The content delivery by Simran was very good and I understood the concepts well. There were several opportunities provided by Simran to answer all my questions and gain knowledge. The program was very enlightening for me.
As an improvement area, I would recommend that the program should include role plays as Scrum requires behavioral change so participants need to reflect on their own style to understand Scrum culture.
