What is one of the most common reasons organizations choose Agile Software Delivery with Scrum? The promise of a faster time to market. And what is one of the most common reasons organizations get frustrated with Agile Software Delivery with Scrum? Not getting faster time to market.

So what are some common challenges that prevent most Scrum Teams from delivering on this promise? And what practices might help them overcome these challenges?

In this webinar, we will follow the journey of Mike Torrence - a US Military Veteran who took on the role of the Scrum Master, and his Scrum Team, as they navigated challenges that were getting in the way of creating reliable forecasts for stakeholders. Professional Scrum Trainer Ravi Verma will help guide this discussion.

Mike will review 6 key areas he learned to improve with his Scrum Team:

1. Sprint Planning
2. Course correcting during the Sprint
3. Handling single points of failure on our team
4. Managing dependencies with other teams
5. Deploying to Production
6. Enabling self-management
