One of my experiences
A few years ago, we developed a Peer Learning platform designed to connect like-minded individuals around shared learning goals. Our team consisted of five members: one Product Owner, one Product Designer, one back-end developer, and two front-end developers.
The development process took us 9 months. Using a conservative estimate of $3,000 per month per member—a figure often below market rate—the total cost for this single platform reached $135,000.
Let's be honest. When you have a great product idea, the first thoughts that come to your mind are often:
