Good one
Industry and Interviewers think that Scrum Master needs not just domain, but every other knowledge under the Sun!
You are absolutely correct Mr. Manikandan
I agree. The funny thing about some clients is that they do not truly understand what a Scrum master is. They don't even truly understand that a Scrum Masters role is not technical, development, Jira, Kanban based. It is Scrum based as advised by the Scrum Guide.
I quite like the explanation....Scrum master needs to be master of Scrum not technology. For someone like me who is not from tech background, this is helpful. I know Scrum better than a lot of others who not technology. This is my spectrum and I am a master of it. Thanks Rob.
I love the explanation! I am a special education teacher wanting to career transition into Scrum. I also hold an MBA in Organizational Management with a focus on Servant Leadership and the Learning Organization. I think with some training, it could be a good transition. I also have a technical background and I'm learning coding.
