Scrum is founded on Empiricism. The first pillar of it is Transparency. On the other hand, your middle managers and stakeholders have the right to be aware of the work progress.
So, why shouldn’t Scrum Teams (as self-managing teams) make a decision to broadcast all the information that stakeholders need to increase the transparency to the highest level?!
Sprint Report is a creative way to do that. I have leveraged AI (Gamma App tool) to create this sample Sprint Report for a fictional company called “MetaLearn”.
Here is the process:
1- Prepare all the information you want to have in your Sprint report. It is possible to get information from your tools like the task management tool (Jira, Azure DevOps), online collaboration boards, etc., and collect them into one place, like a PowerPoint file.
2- Open the Gamma.app and start importing your data file. The AI will create the outline through cards as various sections of your report.
3- Select the theme and other visual configuration. The Gamma.app AI will create a great draft report. You can tune it until you are satisfied.
4- Then you can share it with your stakeholders to receive all the information they need. Gamma.app has a free plan that can be a good starting point. However, if you want more features, you can go for a paid plan.
Try it and shine in your organization as a pioneer AI-powered Scrum Master.
