I remember, 6 years ago, when the co-creators of Scrum wanted to release the Scrum Guide 2020, they ran an online event. In the event, Mr. Jeff Sutherland, co-creator of Scrum, explained what a great Scrum Master is through leveraging a movie named "Invictus."
The movie was about the captain of a rugby team in South Africa. Mr. Nelson Mandela, the president of South Africa, invited the captain to the mansion and asked him to win against the all blacks.
There was a million-dollar question in that movie for Scrum Masters:
How do we inspire others to greatness?!
This is a question that Scrum Masters should always ask themselves to rewire their mind and how they serve others.
I have just picked the movie trailer and cut that part of Mr. Jeff Sutherland's speech and created a short video out of them. So, enjoy it.
