Sander is a passionate trainer and consultant, having coached many different organizations during his career. He is a PST with multiple courses. Sander puts people first and has the ability to connect with people quickly. Through extensive coaching of other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, developers, and leadership, Sander is able to help people understand each other’s viewpoints and create a collaborative atmosphere.
Next to his work as trainer and consultant, Sander is an avid writer for Serious Scrum and is host to the popular podcast ‘Mastering Agility’, where the biggest names in the industry (a.o. Mike Cohn, Lyssa Adkins, Gunther Verheyen, and Jeff Gothelf) join as guests to discuss all things Agile.
