Scrum Lighthouseは、10万人のプロフェッショナルスクラムが実際の現場でスクラムの原則と価値観を実践することをミッションとしています。

 

Scrum Lighthouseは、Scrum.orgを活用し、豊富な実務経験を持つ認定トレーナーによるプロフェッショナルスクラムトレーニングを提供する日本で唯一の組織です。トレーニングは対面とオンラインの両方で提供しており、スクラムジャーニーのあらゆる段階でプロフェッショナルをサポートできるよう設計されています。トレーニング以外にも、Scrum Lighthouseには高品質なスクラムコンテンツを豊富に揃えています。ウェブサイトでは、継続的な学習のための豊富なリソースを提供しています。その中には、Scrum Master Learning Journey（基礎的な理解から高度な専門知識へと導くための、記事やブログで構成される体系的な学習パス）も含まれます。

 

2023年からは、数百の専門家や組織を繋ぎ、洞察を共有し、コラボレーションを促進し、アジリティの実践を称えるカンファレンスであるScrum Sunrise（東京）を通じて、コミュニティの結束を強めています。

We are the only organisation in Japan offering Professional Scrum training with Scrum.org, delivered by accredited trainers with deep real-world experience.
