Seyhan currently works as an agile trainer. She has extensive experience in software development and delivery in the educational technology domain. She has background in education, educational psychology, counselling, technology and management holding academic qualifications in almost each area. She has performed various roles within technology and business areas, such as programmer, manager, various scrum roles to lead smart people. Having tried many management theories and models within technology-driven commercial organisations she firmly believes in the pragmatic approach of Scrum framework in the sense how it incorporates lean and agile mindset in a very simple way. She is a passionate believer of deep learning and reflective practice.
