Clementino de Mendonça is an ALM Architect with 18 years of experience in Software Development, from ISVs to Consulting companies to IT development shops. He is currently one of Neudesic’s National ALM Architects. Clementino joined Neudesic for its leadership in ALM and its structured approach in helping customers excel on their ALM initiatives.
Before joining Neudesic, Clementino worked with Capgemini/Sogeti where he was the National Lead for ALM and Testing, and before that he was with Microsoft for 8 years. While there, first he was an onsite Application Development Consultant at Dell, and in the last 4 years as part of the Microsoft Services National ALM Team. He was also part of the Visual Studio Process Team in 2007, where he worked on the early design of the process templates shipped with Visual Studio 2010 (MSF Agile 5.0 and MSF CMMI 5.0).
Clementino has a passion for software engineering on all levels, from OS internals to coding, design and application architecture. His main focus is on Software Development Process Improvement, Application Lifecycle Management, and Agile Software Development (he is a Professional Scrum Developer Trainer). Clementino lives in Austin and loves spending time with his wife and daughter.
