Great new ideas for a AEC professional
Lare has an enthusiastic approach to the subject. He succeeds in transferring this feeling to the pupils. The engaging style as well as keeping the classes small is crucial for the interest of the pupils.

Fun scrum training
The course was very interactive with simulations which give you real life experience and you learn a lot like that! I also like the way the training was organized: no boring powerpoints and "one man show" but working in groups and having discussions together. All questions were answered in a very concrete way. I had fun!

Thank you for a good overview and examples from the real life
Overall the course was good and provided a broad view of scrum, what makes a scrum team, what the role of the product owner is and what scrum events are. I especially enjoyed examples from real life and how organisations have adopted scrum/product owner roles. What the course lacked was details of scrum and preparing for the product owner assessment, ie. book knowledge of scrum.

Learned a lot and it was fun
I liked how the class was set up - the choice of tools (Mural), dividing the group into smaller teams to solve given tasks, and then answering later to the whole group, people could ask questions and get answers right away. It was a very interactive class that kept you interested to the end. Thank you, Lare!

Inspiring and informative remote training
Inspiring and informative remote training. Lare was able to keep big group focused and active through the course, despite of full remote training. Supporting systems worked well and training was built on sprit of scrum, instead of just going through slides.

A very inspirational course
A very inspirational course, excellent theories, models and training. The content was spot on and the classroom work balanced with demonstration practice. Lare Lekman is a fantastic couch, very inspirational, approachable, and supportive. The training was very successful and interactive. Lare helped develop the confidence of all individuals by using hands on training, which was without doubt the best way to get the training across.

About Lare
Lare Lekman started using Scrum in 2002 and has experience from many product development and management roles. Lare started his consulting company in 2008 and has since introduced and improved Scrum in numerous organizations in Finland and abroad.
Lare is the translator of the Finnish Scrum Guide, a Professional Scrum Trainer, Certified Enterprise Coach, and Certified Results Coach. He enjoys kitesurfing, and loves helping companies and individuals to succeed.
