The PSM course taught by Khoa was great! Khoa was a good teacher of the course. His passion for the use of the Scrum framework to deliver complex projects and her desire to teach/coach others really showed over the two-day course. PSM II class provided me useful knowledge and facilitation techniques
After this class I have more knowledge for my Scrum Master career. This role not only serve development team but PO and organization. I also know more facilitation technique using liberating structure and these are really helpful. I did apply those technique to my retrospective after the class and gain very useful, everyone engaged, collaborated.
