Developing a new software product is a complex task, with frequently changing requirements and technological approaches. The instructor was not only able to discuss the information but also able to relate it to real life examples and detail how SCRUM was applied. I had a very good experience with the course with Simon! At first, I was afraid that a 2 days online course would be too intense and not effective. I must say that the online experience was very good and Simon was a very good facilitator, always engaging with people. The content of the course was also very interesting. The course gives you a very good overview of Scrum and Scrum teams; the second part is more focused on the PO role. I really liked that we has some "real world" scenarios that we had to analyze and solve through the eyes of a product owner. I think I learnt a lot and I highly recommend Simon as instructor :)

I've had some idea of the theory but this course helped me understand the logic behind the different ceremonies and Scrum as a whole. I enjoyed that we were able to have active discussions and ask questions.

The PSPO course was tremendous. Simon was an incredible instructor. Even though i've been working as a PO, this course helped filling in some gaps.

Initially I was relucted in attending the virtual classes. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to focus as much as in-person, but Simon's energy and teaching style quickly proved me wrong. He is an excellent educator! In his classes you will be engaged at all times even in a virtual setting. He mixes teaching with group activities that force you to think and apply the knowledge gained.

Theory and real examples provided. Significant number of study cases reviewed. Clear explanations for the important topics of the Scrum theory. The coach is kind, knowledgeable and positive. It worths.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent PSM I online course with Simon through The Scrum Master. I was initially a bit unsure as to how the online experience would work for me but the two days were brilliantly facilitated and totally engaging. The pace was spot on for me, a good mix of taught and group sessions. It was great to still be able to discuss topics with other attendees on the course and get a range of insight into other real world experiences, on top of the great course content.

Well organized agenda with a well prepared coach. The course was interactive and productive - we had 5-10 minutes tasks what we had to solve in small groups, also we get some deeper explanations for different cases between&after the tasks. We had the chance to ask but he handled that cleverly so we could kept the time ranges perfectly! The coach was experienced enough to answer all the questions from different people from different companies&organizations with different use cases. I honestly feel that this course gave me some deeper knowledge about Scrum even it was just 2 days. Also at the end of the course he provided us some tools what he developed to prepare ourselves to the exam more easily. I was a bit apprehensive as I would have preferred the face to face session for my learning style but Simon was brilliant. His knowledge and ability to deliver an engaging and interactive course for 2 days virtually were second to none. The content and pace were great and each of the topics were weaved nicely into sessions with the other candidates. Great training and brilliant resources

I’m happy with the training I got, it made me think about the areas I can improve as a scrum master in helping my team and organisation and how ways/suggestions how I can start.

I returned to Simon for my PSM II course, having thoroughly enjoyed doing PSM I with him last year. Using a range of facilitation techniques, mixing smaller and larger group sessions, Simon is an engaging training who gets the best out of his trainees through his mix of styles and delivery sessions at a fast pace.
