Great PAL-E learn by doing experience
Great learn by doing experience for me. Andy took us through some interesting cases from his broad experience. He lives Scrum and is able to give great examples and context for this training.
Enjoyed the full two days course as Andy was keeping the pace, made sure all were aboard while maintaining a nice vibe with his positive energy :)

Excellent training experience!
I very much enjoyed my experience of having the APS training with Alex Crosby. He was very well prepared, the training was very interactive, there was time to do some exercises as well as to have a discussion. Overall, I would aspire to one day be able to conduct meetings and/or trainings in such a way as Alex did. Kudos!!!

Alex The APS Expert!
Alex is an amazing trainer! I found his class to be super engaging, informative and interactive. I recommend this training to anyone who wants to develop, refresh or enhance their understanding of Professional Scrum.

Great Training
Alex Crosby was great, the structure of the training was fantastic and was nice to have little breaks to help break the learning up and help keep focused. would recommend this course to anyway.

Amazing instructor
Amazing instructor, and very engaging material. I would take every scrum class moving forward because of the creative nature of the class. My favorite differentiation in this class from other trainings I have taken was the instructor's "CEO Mode".

Alex was a wonderful facilitator
Alex was a wonderful facilitator! Engaged thoughtfully with participants and made sure to do knowledge checks throughout the training. I really enjoyed the use of miro to navigate content and engage as a large group and in our scrum teams. Overall it was a great experience and I learned so much!

Best Learning Experience in Years
The class was engaging and interesting and I was actually sad to have it end! Alex is wonderfully personable and extremely knowledgeable, able to impart information in a relatable way. He provides personal experience, general anecdotes and analogies that help to make the information stick. Truly the best learning experience I've had in years.

Really enjoyed the course!
Really enjoyed the course - the content was delivered in an engaging and interesting manner. The visual and interactive approach (e.g. not slides) meant that the course never dragged, and the delivery of the course material was pitched at exactly the right pace. It was also interesting to see how what the team learned during the course was put into practice during the website building exercise.
